Dr. Reed & his assistant were wonderful. I had my permanent retainers removed & had a digital scan created for night/removable retainers. Dr. Reed provided me with great knowledge about pricing & any other questions I had. Very gentle & explained what he was doing before he did it which calmed some of my nerves as well. Front desk staff was super kind as well!! Will continue using this dentist for my cleanings & any other dental issues in the future.

Always the best experience here! I started coming here years ago after seeing a dentist who's care was horrible. I was desperate, in so much pain and needed an emergent visit. I got in right away and Dr Reed was so kind and patient. He fixed my tooth immediately and expressed concern that I had been dealing with this issue for over a year under the care of my last dentist. He made sure I was comfortable and took any breaks I needed as he fixed me up. I have been seeing them for routine care since and they are always kind, comforting, professional, thorough and informative. Chelsea is so personable and gentle in her care. She is understanding and never makes you feel embarrassed. For example, I felt silly that I wasn't sure if my flossing technique was correct. I will never forget how well she addressed it. She did question or ask condescending questions she just said "I'll show you how I do it and we can compare techniques." I have actually taken that approach in my own professional life when dealing with similar situations now. They truly sre the best! I look forward to my dental visits now. Before seeing them I used to dread them and have anxiety around all visits even just my routine cleaning visits. My other family members now come to this practice. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly, highly recommend them!!

This practice is the best. I followed Dr. Reed here from OSU Faculty Practice because he is the BEST dentist I’ve EVER had! He dealt with the most completed patients there and did an amazing job with them and more run-of-the-mill patients like me. The dental hygienists and technicians are all top notch, too. Plus the front office staff are helpful and accommodating. Really, overall, it’s a top notch operation. I’m glad I go there.

I was very pleased to be cared for by Worthington Dental Group. The team was helpful from first phone call, to same-day scheduling, to emergency extraction. The doctor actually read my records prior to meeting me for the first time and assessed my situation professionally and expeditiously. I made an appointment at Worthington dental just to have a crown checked. They checked the crown and did a little bit of smoothing. The appointment only took 10 minutes , which was great! However, I feel that longer appointments would be enjoyable also If Dr. Reed is the dentist, as he is quite the comedian! I was laughing the entire appointment.

Dr. Ralston is phenomenal & really cares about his patients he made my experience one to brag about, God definitely gave him a talent & for that I am thankful. The staff are all so kind & Clysta is definitely dedicated and knowledgeable of her job. It was a pleasure to experience such a wonderful group.

Michael and I appreciate the great dental care we have received from Worthington Dental Group over the years. This includes implants, crowns, fillings, gum surgeries, and cleanings with fluoride treatments to prevent decay. Most recently Dr. Duckworth performed needed gum surgery that saved my teeth. Let me begin by saying I am not a patient in your practice. Last Monday I came in to ask if your practice took my son’s dental insurance. I was greeted by Missy C. your Practice Admin. This gracious lady couldn’t have been kinder. Missy tried to find providers who took my son’s insurance which I was having a great deal of trouble retrieving.Missy wasn’t able to get the information either but boy did she try! Missy didn’t have to do anything more than great me answer my question with a “no,our practice doesn’t take that insurance have a nice day!”… but she didn’t. Her kindness went beyond what is ever expected from an employee. It’s so very hard in today’s stressful fast moving world to find someone that will take the time to help someone out of the goodness of their heart…and Missy for sure has a BIG HEART! You all are so lucky to have her as part of your team. Missy…thank you!

Beautiful facility, good location, terrific hygienist, very friendly, etc. Followed Dr. Reed after 20+ years at former employer, got me over fear of dentists. EDIT: I go to Dr. Reed still and likely will for my foreseeable future. He is out of network for me, but it's tough to find comfort with medical care just because insurance companies are the bane of good care. It's worth it to me. Very quick, efficient, friendly, straight to the point. Good people!

Dr Reed and Amber are the dream team. On to my third crown with them and I know they will ensure my comfort. I especially appreciate Dr. Reed making sure I was ok while drilling. And I always look forward to chatting with Amber. I have been to many dentists in my life and have never had such wonderful treatment from such kind people.

My friend recommended Dr. Sarle to me and I’m so glad that she did. Every single staff member that I interacted with was so friendly, and it’s such a comfortable environment. I can’t thank Dr. Reed enough for his professionalism, guidance and help during my dental journey. I had an unforeseen tooth loss and he has helped me with the plan for rebuilding my gums and bone, directed me to specialist to trust and assisted me with interim solutions until the final surgery could happen. I am a new patient with WDG, recently relocated to Columbus area. Having a lot of dental work done over the past 20 years, I feel lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Herron, who was very thorough and attentive to all my issues. After reviewing my x-rays and visual impressions with me she did my first cleaning by herself, giving us more time to discuss a few additional questions that came to my mind. Together with very favorable perception of the office and staff, I am confident in designating the WDG my as new dental office.

I first came to Worthington dental last year. I had a significant amount of work that needed done including several cavities, root canals and chipped teeth. I had a broken smile and was ashamed of it. On top of that, I had a borderline phobia of the dentist as a result of poor dental care in the past. I met Dr Herron and her dental assistance Maddie who turned that all around. Dr Herron has a warm welcoming demeanor that put me at ease. She was very empathetic and understanding to my anxiety and did a spectacular job not only alleviating it, but eliminating it entirely. It literally got the point where I was falling asleep during my appointments because I was so calm. I started to ask for the bite block to keep my mouth open while I snoozed so her and Maddie could work away. Something I never dreamed would be possible without heavy sedation. Going to Worthington dental ended up being one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life. Over the course of several visits, Dr. Herron completed all the work needed to give me something I never had before: a smile I wasn’t ashamed of. Shortly after my final visit, I went on a date (first one in a long time). On that date, I heard words I had quite literally never heard a single time in my 31 years on this earth. She said “you have a really nice smile.” There is no expression nor turn of phrase that can describe everything I felt hearing that for the first time. It is a compliment I have gotten many times since and it always makes me smile. Only now, I’m not afraid to do so. I am forever humbled and grateful for the amazing work both Dr. Herron and Maddie have done. They work perfectly as a team and will ensure everything is done with an unrivaled sense of perfection. Their new office is beautiful, the office staff are phenomenal and they are almost always able to get you in quickly. I truthfully look forward to my dental appoints now.

My daughter recommended Worthington Dental because I told her that I no longer trusted and was not comfortable anymore with the dentist that had purchased our long time family dentist business. My appointment at Worthington Dental was with Dr Reed, he was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable with the process of getting a crown.

It enables me to take better care of my heath in my day-to-day life. Kia (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) is a wonderful hygienist. I’ve had her every time I’ve been to the office. She does a fantastic job, has a gentle touch, and is so friendly. The front desk staff is always so kind and accommodating as well. I’m so glad to have found this place and look forward to coming here for years to come.

After previous bad dental experiences, I was apprehensive of a new provider for dentistry. Worthington Dental Group has been nothing short of amazing. Every phone call has been answered quickly and efficiently, appointment scheduling is a breeze, the dental hygienists are kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Herron address all of my concerns while working to ensure that I am happy with my smile and mouth. Worthington Dental Group has gone above and beyond in addressing issues that have occurred from previous dental treatment, including testing to ensure that my teeth still have nerve feelings and removing excess product remaining from orthodontic treatment.

I went to get my front tooth that had a chip fixed and they were able to get me in right away and they do wonderful work. And when I noticed the beautiful red roses in the reception area they let me take a couple to brighten my day. How nice is that?😁So I went back to work and put them on my desk! Thank you!

I visited this office for several years (about twice a year), before moving from the Columbus area. I recently returned and it was easy to get an appointment for a cleaning. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They switched buildings recently, and the new office is still comfortable and has plenty of parking.

I went to this office after reading the reviews here and was not disappointed. I was looking for a comfortable, chill office that doesn't try to sell electric toothbrushes, etc. and this place was a perfect fit for me. My dental hygienist Tracy was great. Dr. Herron was also very friendly. I will definitely be going to this practice from now on.

I’ve tried other offices and have come back to the Worthington Dental Group. The way they make feel is a lost art in todays society. They truly care about me. They ask me questions, get to know me as a person , and take the care to ensure my dental health needs are being met. I don’t think there is any other dental group better in Central Ohio.

I love worthington dentist group. They are so nice and professional. It feels like a relaxed paradise. I know that sounds weird because you are getting your teeth done but they really do a good job to make you feel comfortable. My teeth feel so clean every time I leave there. Dr. Reed is the best. He is the most genuine person and He does everything to make you feel safe, heard, and understood. It’s like a family here. He saves the world everyday. He’s truly a hero. It's my first dental experience in USA and I will tell that I am satisfied of everything at Wortington Dental Group. I was sent to doctor Janell Herron and her assistant and they fixed my problem with filling a hole in one tooth. I am veru thankful for them for their work and also for good conversation 🙂

I had a tooth that needed immediate attention, even though there weren't any open appointments times available Dr. Herron was able to figure out a way to accommodate me. She was very polite, professional and able to take care of my issue quickly. I would also commend Brie in the front office for understanding the pain i was in, following up and ensuring I was able to get in to see someone quickly.

Dr. Reed is just the absolute best. Greatest dentist out there and his staff is top tier as well. Our hygienist, Dylan, was excellent. Together, Dylan, Dr. Reed, and his assistant provided my son and I with safe, comfortable and superb service! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and look forward to my cleanings!

Dr. Reed and his medical staff (from the ladies at the front desk to the dental hygienist) are all exceptional!! Came in for my appointment today feeling a bit anxious due to a recent broken tooth and a very very small cavity (my very first cavity). I was greeted with smiling faces as always and didn’t have to wait long at all before I was called back for my appointment. Upon heading to the back the hygienist asked how I was feeling and asked if I had any questions upon getting an X-ray. X-ray obtained and reviewed immediately by the hygienist and Dr. Reed. Before additional services obtained I was able to enjoy some small talk with the hygienist and the dentist which made me feel much more at ease. Dr. Reed is a fantastic dentist that whenever I am feeling a bit anxious he makes me laugh instead of cry (lol). I also appreciate the fact that the front end ladies provided me with the amount I would owe prior to my services being completed so that I was not surprised at the end of my visit. No wait. Immediate service and NO pain!! Overall great visit. However, every time I visit WDG it is always a pleasant visit. I won’t go anywhere else PERIOD!! And I do and will continue to recommend WDG to EVERYONE I know. Thanks WDG for continuing to be the best option for my oral care. Ms. Jess ☺️

The entire staff is very helpful, provide needed details and behave in a professional manner. Indeed as others have commented, their office space is beautiful. Appointments are not difficult to schedule, and when necessary, they work you into their schedule right away. The more difficult dental procedures I have found to be nearly pain free. They will answer all your questions and not pressure you to go forward with dental work until you are comfortable in scheduling it.

Dr. reed is the best dentist and WDG is amazing! ALL of the staff are wonderful, they always get you in right away, sometimes same day, and the office is beautiful. I’ve gone to other dentists that recommend lots of unnecessary dental work and leave you with a big bill. This office is nothing like that. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and they really care about you. They treat you like a family! Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently visited Worthington Dental Group as a new patient. Upon arriving at the location I was given a tour of the facility which is quite impressive. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good dentist. I can honestly say this was probably one of the best experiences I've had. The staff here are absolutely amazing and extremely qualified. The hygienist that helped me was informative each step of the way and really made me feel at ease. When I told her I was concerned about the cost. She worked with the front desk keeping me up to date on all the expenses of each procedure. They also made sure my insurance would cover the procedures. I'm really looking forward to improving my overall dental health with the excellent guidance of Worthington Dental Group.

WDG, Dr. Duckworth, and Shay (Specialty treatment coordinator) worked out a solution and put into operation, an affordable action, for my jaw situation, that had been deteriorating, over 7 yrs, in my struggle to find an oral surgeon, that was not over 30,000…… Living on SSA… no way! Time was running out, as jawbone had been disintegrating and alveolar ridge was gone. I was so discouraged. No solution in sight. Dr. Duckworth and his team came up w a cost-effective solution. They even utilized my original denture, that had been useless, except for sake of appearance, for 5 yrs. No one else would even consider that, wanting over $7,000 to replace it. Dr. Ralston remade my denture, and did magic! Far superior to the original, and amazing considering no one else would attempt and he took the challenge on!! Shay held my hand thru the whole process, answering my questions, as they arose, 24/7… She takes pride in her care of their clients. There were issues surrounding scheduling, due to medical situations and timing that she resolved and made it smooth sailing. Once the surgery was done, the healing time counted in, due to delays on my part, it was getting close to crunch time, and with summer, and scheduling issues, Shay managed to get everyone in on the ‘proper day” and fitting, and get it done! I could attend my 50th class reunion, enjoy a great meal at a country club, smile and eat with confidence!! I am a type 2 diabetic w/ Crohn’s disease, and chewing, is imperative w/ my ‘opposing” diets, is vital! It’s 2 months later. I can wear my dentures all day long… I enjoy going places without worry knowing I can now enjoy what is offered. Dr, Duckworth’s solution, worked, eased my mind, within budget, and the quality of the performance by everyone at this practice, is exemplary. I wish I could have found them earlier, and saved myself, so much time, and trouble… They are the greatest!!...

I took my 12 month old son there today for his first dental visit with Dr. Herron. The office is decorated very nicely and my son got a kick out of the fish video and the music that were playing. The staff were very nice and welcoming to my son and he was even given a toy truck at the end of the visit. We are very glad that my son's pediatrician recommended this place! Thanks so much!

We have been seeing Dr.Sarle 30 years.He has always been sensitive to our needs and very professional . He has always gone the extra mile to insure our good health. My hygienist Dylan has always been gentle and very effective in dealing with my health.He offers good strategies in taking care of my teeth. Both are very compassionate and very professional. They provide an atmosphere where you’re treated like family.

The best experience I've had with a dental group! Employees were all extremely kind and friendly and services were seamless thanks to the advanced technology used. A bonus: the space was very welcoming with a great atmosphere and didn't feel like a stuffy medical office. I got right in at my appointment time and didn't wait around throughout my visit. I will be a new regular customer & would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone I encountered at the WDG was wonderful. Both of the ladies behind the counter were pro-active at meeting my needs, from bringing me tissues to finding me an unoccupied restroom at short notice. Courtney, Dr. Duckworth's assistant, was her usual cheerful and knowledgeable self. Dr. Duckworth was his usual charming self, and displayed his knowledge and skill when he performed an occlusal adjustment which greatly improved my bite. The overall vibe of WDG is cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness, knowledgeable and skilled.

This was not my first time at Worthington Dental Group. I arrived a little early. The waiting room was quite & peaceful. Sharon took me back on time and took X-Rays then notified Dr. Duckworth who reviewed them and explained my treatment plan. Shay went over the charges with me and scheduled my next appointment for implant surgery. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. This appointment was typical of the treatment I always get here. P.S. I like the new screen display in the treatment room!
