All of the staff are very friendly. As soon as I walked through the door, I was checked in immediately to let the Assistant to the Dentist know I had arrived!
Within a couple of minutes I was taken to the Dental Room, spoke with the assistant Courtney briefly and then the Dentist Dr Duckworth came in, it was a post op appointment!
Dr Duckworth did surgery on my gum around my implant back in the spring of 2025, I had a severe infection around one of my implants which was caused from bone and gum loss!
I had many follow-up’s checking the healing process and the appointment before this one, we were expecting to have more gum surgery, however, I was adamant to follow my dental hygiene as instructed by doctor Duckworth and I received the best news, didn’t need this last surgery, my gum around the implant had finally healed completely!
Dr Duckworth has a great personality, easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns and directed me on how to be more assertive to my dental hygiene! It worked, I am so grateful!
